MEET THE FOUNDER

Meet Patricia Anne Hanna, the founder of Patricia Anne Marketing. A highly educated and accomplished marketer, holding a LLM (Master of Laws) in Law and International Commerce, with Commendation, from Queen’s University Belfast, a BA (Hons) in Modern History from the same institution and a Postgraduate Diploma (GDL) in Law (Hons) from Dublin Institute of Technology. Patricia also trained for the Law Society of Ireland (FE-1) exams and attended the Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing course at Dublin’s Digital Marketing Institute. 

With over 11 years experience in B2B and B2C marketing across diverse industries and company sizes, Patricia is an accomplished marketer who has collaborated with high-profile companies such as The Sunday Times, The Irish Sun, Howden Group UK, The Bar of Ireland, and Aon. She has an impressive track record of developing successful marketing teams from the ground up and creating innovative fully integrated marketing strategies that encompass digital and traditional marketing techniques.

Patricia's marketing career began with leading publishing brands, The Sunday Times and The Irish Sun, where she gained invaluable experience in developing marketing campaigns in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Patricia thoroughly enjoyed managing The Sunday Times loyalty program and The Irish Sun promotional roadmap across the full marketing platform to include web, social, mobile, TV & radio and traditional marketing. She also introduced The Sunday Times events to Ireland and their social media platforms.

Following this, she moved to London and joined a leading international insurance intermediary group in the financial services sector, Howden UK, where she refined her skills in strategy and planning, leadership, and coaching.

In Howden’s HQ in London she was responsible for creating and implementing a highly successful data-driven proactive and reactive large-scale integrated B2B marketing and communication strategy for the Professional Indemnity Insurance division of the company and building and managing a team of Marketing Executives and Managers from the ground up.

During the pandemic, Patricia moved back to Ireland and secured the role of developing the first marketing and business development strategy for The Bar of Ireland.

She created The Bar’s first marketing strategy, presented it to the barrister’s council at their AGM, and won their support. Following this, Patricia decided to go back to her roots in insurance and secured the Growth Marketing Manager role in Aon, Ireland, where she managed the marketing strategy for the risk and finance buyer of the firm in Ireland.
